Keep in mind I would say the same about MacGregor. And you could still say he was a monster. But if he were more austere he would be a better fighter, albeit less great of a promoter.

I think one can both be a monster and still not live up their potential. O’Malley has the talent to be both imo.

Austerity does not suit him. He’s a special talent, I agree. And being a pompous, overconfident ass can backfire, I agree. I’m strictly looking at the skills, and I guess I always tend to assume a fighter will reach their potential, right or wrong. Time will tell. It’ll be fun to watch in an case.
