had a chance to listen to the Marcus Luttrell on JRE podcast.

I had to stop it several times. Marcus is a terrible story teller....

JR would ask him a straight up, direct question, and 90 % of the time his responses resembled this:

"...it was...hell...you can't even imagine...SEALs...they are like your brothers...they are brothers...we trained for this...went through hell...I'll do anything for them...."

for every single question, he got easily distracted and went off on these tangents about brotherhood...and teh SEALs...over and over again.

If you watch it instead of listening you can tell he has serious PTSD, which is why he is a terrible story teller. It was tough to watch; you really feel for the guy. I only watched one segment; couldn't do the whole show because of it.
