The weapon is not required for an attempted murder charge since a weapon is not required to murder someone. He is facing between 7 and 35 years in prison depending on what he is convicted on.

Didn't say he was just responding to the strange idea a weapon is required for an attempted murder charge. His current charges could get him between 7-35 years.

The police report stated "Mackinday's friend Corey Thomas was also at Mackinday's home and sleeping in the same bed as Mackinday. Mackinday described she and Thomas are currentl in a 'non-sexual relationship,' though have had sex in the past." I would assume by the quotes around "non-sexual relationship" that Mackinday used those exact words to describe her relationship with Thomas. That definitely means more than we just weren't having sex when War Machine arrived.

War Machine is a psycho and I feel really bad for how badly she got beat, but do you honestly believe everything that was in her statement??

I believe what the physical evidence corroborates. For me the rest is irrelevant, who was fucking who and when they last fucked, I couldn't care less about. It does nothing to change what he did or how I personally feel about what he did.

It's funny that you just read a statement, see some photo's and make a judgement. Show's how conditioned people are now a days to immediately judge a situation and then turn it to fact in their own minds. I'm sure it's not far behind, but luckily our legal system although very flawed, is not set up this way.

It's also not the first time Mack has attacked him either, except this time she also grabbed a knife according to WMs friends, family and the fact his lawyer will be presenting a case self defense.

The only one I feel sorry for here is Corey Thomas. Buddy legit thought this chick was his GF, got completly blindsided by her and went to hospital for his troubles only to hear her say war machine is her bf and that he is just a friend who she has a non sexual relationship with. You'd think more of you guys would stick up for him since he didn't mislead anyone or do anything wrong.

Yeah that is funny that we see a picture of a woman beat half to death and we judge the person who admitted to doing the damage.

What's funny is you think I care about whether he is guilty or not guilty in legal terms. I believe what he did is wrong period, and no story he can come up with will change that. I can't fathom a story in this situation that justifies his actions.

Nothing anyone has said in the hundreds maybe thousands of posts has been able to justify his actions. No version of the story not even the fake reddit story justifies his actions. What he did was morally wrong, he violated the right of another human being to feel safe in their home.
 
Well just to point out something, the reason that the police report doesn't have any statement about Mack pulling a knife on War Machine, is because they hadn't interviewed War Machine yet. It's just a report of the complaint.

Seems like a bit of the story is the same throughout. But the relationship status of everyone involved is muddled. Mack is defiantly making different statements to police than she did on her "official" statement.

I kinda tend to think that Corey Thomas will probably be the most accurate story of the 3. And he said she's his girlfriend and was sleeping with her.
 
Who ever painted her as an angel ? she is an actual prostitute, she gets fucked by strangers for money, having a camera pointed at her doesnt make it any better.

In no way shape or form was this deserving, confirmed lunatic psycopath War Machine shouldnt have gotten in a relationship with her, but finding out your hooker gf is cheating on you shouldnt come as a shock.

Then again if you are someone with the mental capabilities of an 11 year old and absolutely insane , volatile and violent personality ....

The guy would have actually killed her if she didnt run away, I have no doubt about that, and with his prior convictions hes looking at 15-20 years in Nevada State Prison, and something tells me hes not going to stay out of trouble and get out on early parole

So you think it's morally wrong to hit any woman no matter what they do, that is what you are saying. Ok, so if a woman tries to stab you or shoot you what would you do? Just take it because you can't hit a woman? At ANY time a woman attempts to use a deadly weapon without real reason to do so, they are just another human at that point, no different than if a 300 lb muscled up dude was to do the same
