Frankly I PREFER the dubbed versions of Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo cause I saw them that way first. Most everything else is subbed.

Yeah I am the same with a lot of those adult swim anime such as those two and FMA.

And there are a few series that are actually better dubbed. Baccano! is a great example because it takes place in Prohibition era America so English voice actors are better able to capture the accents for obvious reasons.
