I also want to say that seeing Wand train like that is probably what took so much out of him later in his career. This guy trained like an animal and paid the price. All guys that guy. Take it from me, GUERNICA, the greatest poster this damn site has ever seen; Wanderlei Silva is a special fighter who sacrificed it all for the fans.
