    'Volk Han' tribute video.

'Volk Han' aka Magomedhan Gamzathanov was a shoot wrestler / professional wrestler, samboist and MMA fighter who was on 'Team Russia' with Fedor Emelianenko in Rings.

Also thought to be one of the best mat wrestlers ever in pro wrestling.

Seems to be working for me. I've put the direct link in as well as embedding.

    That was awesome stuff.......

....were any of those matches real or were they all just pro wrestling?

I think it was a mixed bag. Japanese Pro Wrestling of the late 80's and earl 90's had the Shoot element and obviously gave rise to Pancrase and Rings. They did more to blend what was a real shoot wrestling match, and what was an exhibition compared to what was happening in pro wrestling in the West which just got sillier and sillier.
