He wasn't set out to fight Evander and Evander had wanted to box again well before this whole thing. When ODLH pulled out, Evander saw his chance. Vitor is old too (not as old obviously), a smaller guy, and had like only one pro boxing match ages ago.

Evander didn't even take any damage. They both got what they wanted. Let them be happy.

Caught the fights on YouTube. Christ what an embarrassment to all involved. Even the key grip probably felt like he was doing something wrong.

Just as bad as Tito vs Chuck. I remember someone saying that Chuck looked KO'd before he got in the ring - that's exactly what happened here. Just a dude whose prime was a human lifetime ago getting slapped around by a juicer. Embarrassing.

Chuck was 48 turning 49 in a month or so when he fought TITO ORTIZ with no known knock out power.

Holyfield was 58 when he fought Vitor who's on only God knows what on a short notice.
