It's not trolling. This is reminds me of "Gamergate" when all the racist and sexists were complaining about diversity in games. They were very upset about it, but really it was a good thing that games got more tolerant. For instance today I saw they were complaining about this-

All the right people are upset by this. It's great that games have become more virtuous.

I know this guy was just trolling but the saddest thing for me is that of the three youtube channels I have heard mention parts like this, and this piece of dialogue in particular - all three said they couldn't show the footage as channels were being immediately copyright struck for showing it.

How fucked is it that youtube is allowing these assholes to weaponise their copyright system to censor anything they know is going to be embarrassing to them and cost them sales, despite the fact they are allowing all the other footage of the game to be uploaded with no issue?

Yeah there is something fishy about that picture. I’ve seen videos of the new game and while I don’t care for the art style of it, the graphics are pretty good from a technical stand point.

It's all a bit foggy, but I remember her being fun, not just because of dem fun bags. I haven't played DAV, so I have no idea what she's like most of the time here, but the misergendering clip makes her sound insufferable.

But of the four absolute best games I played over the past two years, three of them were indies. Signalis, Chained Echoes and The Bunker. AAA is not doing too well.

And it's not all just because of hamfisted politics. I mean it is, but that is driven by the need to recover the massive costs that go into a single production. Indie games have the distinct advantage of being able to push and create.
