Best thing about Violent Bob Ross is that he is super fun to watch. Reminds alot of Israel Adensanya, with his kicks and length... instead of head movement as defense like Adesanya, Bob Ross uses a shoulder roll. Well see how far he can take it

Not watching the ultimate fighter? He just broke his foot and had to sit out the competition but he did put on a strong performance over a guy who had won convincingly on the contender series and was pretty much entry level UFC quality.
He’s an interesting prospect for the UFC.
