The idea that cocaine absolutely makes you sharper is ridiculous. It may make some things appear confident and on point, but like all amphetamines, cocaine is bottled adrenaline, and an adrenaline rush can cause the same dysfunction as cocaine does.

It's a cliche for people on cocaine to ramble incoherently as their thoughts outpace their mouth. Of course, it depends on how much you've done, but in general, cocaine can make a person seem incoherent, and clumsy.

Speed can do the same, but speed seems much more geared towards focus than cocaine.

Everyone does coke [At least in the city]. In Sydney they had an article a while back which said nearly 70% of people in the city have tried it at least once.
