Video - JDS hitting the pads with Glaube Feitosa

Glaube Feitosa, you say? That name sounds familiar. Almost...too familiar....

Not very impressed by the padwork but I'm sure he can do much better than that and step up the instensity quite a bit especially if he skip the kicks (which isn't his strength). The guy holding the pads look very similar to Glover (Texeira) but I guess it is Feitosa.

Just for comparison, here is a two round padwork and shadowboxing session with another big guy: Gustafsson (LHW):

Gus steps it up a bit after 5 mins but he has pretty good pace except for the first 1-2 minutes. I think he has a pretty good pace but he doesn't even seem to be getting tired.

Hopefully Glaube teaches JDS the "Brazilian Kick"

the JDS video looks like hes training to punch on the end of the kick as to counter what would be probably a left hook or straight right from his opponent...

anyways awesome vid. good to see JDS working his Kickboxing and making it work for his Boxing.

To be fair, one of the main reasons he seems slow is because of the kicks. JDS is a fighter who's predominant offense is boxing, but now we're seeing him trying to evolve his arsenal by adding some Muay Thai. If you were to look at JDS' pad work when only focusing on boxing he looks every bit as impressive as Gus IMO.

Pad work starts around 7:30 mark.

Thanks for the video (but for me it didn't look to be in natural speed. it looked a little bit faster?). But Dos Santos seem to have very good power.
I tried to find an old video I remeber seeing when he was killing the heavy bag but I couldn't find it.
