Gotcha. One obstacle in doing so is size where Community threshold is 1,9 MB, iirc, and second here is MPEG-4, which isn't a file format we directly support. If you're worried over playability or shelf life of video re: embedding, a site like Streamable will host your vid (free) and for a very, very long time. With their thresholds being high as well, you can drop your external URL here to a clip or vid of substantial runtime and with local one-click play, which is very user-friendly.
