And i am 100% sure that every one of you guys here could get Dolce's job and do it just as good, if not even better, then him.

There.. have a nice day. :)

Dolce is the Mike chang of weight cutting

Nah... When you have people who have weight cutted all their lives (ie. Hendricks, Sonnen) and swear by him, he must be doing something right.

Not just some things but he's doing alot of things right.
The only thing is whether its worth paying for.

the only video Dolce need to do is a fight week Vlog where he explain the weight cutting process with a professional mma fighter. STOP.
but he wouldn't do that because he is trying to market himseft to the average bodybuilding.com dweller that try "to build muscle and bang bitches".

i am a young man that plans to become a pro mma fighter, i am already eating, sleeping and traning well, and i am almost as ripped as him without taking anabolics (because he is on drugs).
the only thing that i don't know is how to freaking cut 20 pounds of water weight the day before the fight like guys in the UFC do.
i listen the Nik Lentz story every time i listen to a Mike Dolce video, cool, but he never explain HOW Nik Lentz made 145.

he obviously know his stuff, professional fighters are hiring him, but this video and the others thing he do like UFC Fit are crap and just bland marketing.
he is trying to create a "fanbase" made by the averege guy/gal that want to get in shape, but that coundn't be farther from the professional athlete that need to cut weight for a competition.

apparently being hired by fighters makes money, but selling books, DVDs and stuff like that to millions of people makes even more money.

I don't know much about cutting weight, but I think they do this by drinking LOADs of water and consuming sodium (which stores the water) before the fight, so lots of water stores in your muscles (so in that way it's better tohave more muscle than fat) so after that you cut the sodium and dehydrate so you can cut more water, weigh in and replenish and rebound easily instead of say not eating anything and being unhealthy. I think it's caleld water loading or something.

This and dieting (obviously), don't know how the schedule would work, and depends on short notice fights or having long camps, etc.

Have you done highschool wrestling or amatuer boxing. They'll teach you.

Well, after hiring him, Kevin Gastelum thought he wasn't worth paying for his next fight...

And missed weight.

yeah, i kinda know about how it's done, but between the theory and the practice there is a big difference.
in fact there are guys that cut weight and feel like shit and some guys that cut weight and feel great.

wrestling doesn't even exist were i live, it's a dead sport.

i personally asked the best boxer that my country produced in the last 30 years if he cutted weight before a match and he didn't know what to say, he responded his trainer and said to me something like:" it's all bullshit, you need to run and diet".
basically the guy ran marathons and starved himself to make weight and he was small for the weight class and even had a belly.
