    I heard Gable trained 7 hours a day, 7 days a week when getting ready for the olympics.

    It's amazing how dedicated these guys are/were to their sport. I just started out in BJJ, my body's fucking failing on me, lol, and these guys are busting their asses for over 5 hours a day, EVERY DAY. Truly inspiring.
