No not at all, you should actually watch the video before commenting. It doesn't talk about anyone actually being a victim, instead it shows the harm that "Victimhood" can have on a society.

People realized a long time ago that whining gets you more than working to improve your groups social and political standing.

Personally, I feel its just the way it is now. Its been accepted now that I think its just how people will be. No one dares to step up and tell people to have some pride. Pride today means identifying everyone who victimizes you be it directly or indirectly.
