Hi there.

Working with some of the advice here already to once again lose overall bodyfat and bellyfat.

Just curious as I am starting to try have as much vegetables as possible already ensuring I keep protein so that as I lose weight I don't lose mass also.

Let's say it's not possible is there some sort of alternative. Like a special multivitamen or something I could take.

I am currently only using a b12 complex but am also open to suggestions.

I don't necessarily want to get ripped just lose the fat and keep the muscle mass.

I am over 40 and probably about 30 pounds or so overweight.
 
Veggies are good for you. Keep eating them.

I'm at 16% bf now, started at 21% almost two months ago, with my muscle mass staying mostly the same throughout the process, eating veggies and some type of protein at dinner and lunch.

But then again, I'm a decade and a half younger than you. Your needs are probably different.

PS: Remember your macros and don't pig on vegetables. Purées are good.
