You've seen Conor on salads… now watch what he's like on steak.

Salad Conor beats Nate.
Nick and Nate perform well because they are well trained, but neither of them can grow facial hair or put on muscle very well. I doubt their diet is any contribution to their success.
A high fibre diet, high in carbohydrates and no rotting meat constipating you?Nick had a beard a few weeks ago, not that that's anything. Nate also had a goatee.
Most long distance athletes cut meat and dairy (or eat a plant based diet) to a minimum when they're preparing for a triathlon, long run, ride, swim.
I don't suggest eating rotten meat, or only meat at all. I don't know if you have some kind of digestive issues, but way more athletes eat meat than not and they don't all run around constipated. It's not impossible, but getting sufficient nutrients is a lot more difficult on a vegan diet, particularly if you're an athlete. Not trying to talk anybody out of their diet, just saying veganism has its downsides.A high fibre diet, high in carbohydrates and no rotting meat constipating you?Nick had a beard a few weeks ago, not that that's anything.
