@TeTe just traded Saquan straight up for Conner in are other league. His damn Niners D just beat me by 3 points..
Just hoping nuk isn’t really hurt. I have him in another league and if he goes down I’m in a bad spot here and there

Most likely Cards playing it safe because they're 8-2. I'd be really surprised if he doesn't play this weekend. Now if we're talking about Julio Jones and a bad hammy, that's another story:eek:

12 TDs or whatever? Connor is a straight stud this year for fantasy.
That’s what I’m saying. He was for Pitt too once upon a time

Oh, my boys comin' on tonight. Looks like I may win in spite of @helax removing my (rightful) handicap points. I'm like Corrales in round 10, baby!!!

Turn the volume up for this one! And remember, a 9-round war to this point, even.

Goossen taking his time cleaning the mouthpiece then telling him you gotta get inside. Damn man. That’s some movie shit. Then he’s the first one in the ring lifting him when it’s over

Yep, the first mouthpiece Joe Goosen was your quote "get inside on him, let's go", the second KD he said "you gotta fuckin' get inside on him now". Amazing.

You won that trade imo... Saquan just can't stay healthy, or bring continued production....
All day on that trade for sure. Connor over Barkley right now this season is not a hard call, IMO.
But if the team with Barkley has two other A-tier backs, Saquan might be worth the flier, so...

@helax and @Krixes gave me the "LBs" advice. Aside from finding your two DL and DB positions, you should have five LBs, I think. For most week-to-week production. My first IDP year and still mostly clueless, but 5 good linebackers would be a big deal it seems.
i can see that, will be interesting if this league continues and how I do in the draft next year. stoked to find out honestly.

Do you guys really think I'm losing this trade? I'm trading a hobbled player, who hasn't performed like he should consistently. I'm getting one of the hottest WR's in the league, and one of the best RB's for fantasy all year. You guys can veto it but I don't really get how anyone thinks I'm losing this trade, given that I need help in multiple positions. I can understand everyone not wanting @helax to have Nuk in the yoffs but he's giving up a ton for a question mark. I honestly won't even be mad if you guys veto it but I'll be offended/upset if you accuse me of dumping/collusion. I don't roll like that, I'm a super competitive person, always have been.

Also on a side note... I haven't vetoed any trade in this league all season. I know there has to be a way to check that shit.

On another side note, shout out to @Mohawk Mauler for putting that close beating on me:( That's always the worst way to go out...

I'm good with whatever you guys decide, you guys are my sherbros..... Just don't call me a cheater...
I have zero care for what other people do with their trades but I'm motivated by revenge, drinkin' and revenge. And while my hypothetical would be veto is not directed at you, gotta smote that non-believin' SOB @helax. It's funny on that Ekeler trade because these have been ekeler's shittiest weeks and I think the trade would have been good for during this time period. I haven't crunch the numbers but the last 2 weeks for sure woulda been better with TJ Watt, a paper clip and a half finished dr. pepper.

Also I think it would be impossible to cheat at fantasy football esp if you're not the commish. You're good people and I have no qualms. I ain't gonna veto shit.

@Mohawk Mauler you a staff member? Wtf is with that weird green.

As long as your beef is with @helax....Carry on...:)

I'm also looking forward to carrying on this league... This has been a lot of fun with all the defensive players...

@Dude Incredible no idea man i am colorblind as fuck that looks yellow to me lol

And i also hope we continue the league now that i have more of an idea how/who to draft where.
Now you're back to normal plat green, for a second I think you became god...

and it sounds like a chunk of us are in, @Krixes and i feel the same way about learning so much and totally want in next year.

Had that and "fighting solves everything" as my dual mission statements for a solid decade and a half starting in the mid-'80s. Was bestowed the moniker "King Of The Streets" officially in 1989, unified all of the individual state street titles by '94 (that's all 50 states for you non-American losers who are unaware) and made Marco Ruas sign a piece of paper saying he was just using/borrowing my official name as his with my permission in the US---only for his appearance at UFC7 in Buffalo, NY. I likewise acknowledged the title was his and his alone in Brazil. I still have the paper. And Marco was a good dude. Had me down to Rio after he won that event.

Mike Tyson and I had a gentleman's agreement late '80s/early '90s that he would never call himself the baddest man on the planet if I was in the same town, and he never did. But, in fairness, I always told him to say whatever he wanted, I knew it was show business shit. I liked Mike. Still do.

By '95 I had officially retired as the undefeated, undisputed, HW drinking champion of the world, a title I held from '85-'95 without any challengers the final few years, even.
My dedication to the street titles flourished violently following sobriety. 10 defenses from 10 states every year for 5 years. A lot of windshield time delivering beatings coast-to-coast during that period. Reaffirmed them all (again, we have 50 states if some of you third-world clowns are unaware).
Then, in 2000 I walked away as reigning and undisputed King Of The Streets, dropping those 50 straps in one fell swoop. It was a good run.
And yes, you can bet your ass I had one hell of a jab.
Hell, I had chunks of grapplers in my stool for years after that, even.
