Yall know the story of the American chick Holloway that vanished and shit. Well the main suspect Van der Sloot gave a new nterveiw.

http://nypost.com/2016/03/17/joran-van-der-sloot-appears-to-confess-to-holloway-murder/

“I always lied to the police. I never told the truth,” said a grinning van der Sloot in the video. He was speaking in Dutch about the Holloway case to his wife and an undercover reporter working for RadarOnline and the National Enquirer.

“Also, when I was younger, I never told everything. The police just never knew what they had to ask me,” van der Sloot said.

When asked if he’s talking about the Holloway case, van der Sloot replied, “Yes, this is also where I am guilty and I accept everything that I have done.”

Dude has one of the most punchable faces I've ever seen. Disgusting sociopath.

He also confessed to some Dutch undercover reporter in 2008 I think. But he later said he just made everything up and told the reported what he wanted to hear. That asshole told many different stories if I recall. Probably to torment Holloway's family even more.

people pretty much know he killed her

hes just a sick fuck who plays games

A lawyer that got interviewed about this put forward an interesting theory.

Because of the treaties between Peru and the US, if Van der Sloot is tried and convicted for the Holloway killing in the Alabama, he may be eligible to serve his 28 years sentence for the death of Stephany Flores in a US prison.

The piece of shit may have figured that any US prison is going to be Club Med next to the frozen hell of Challapalca and confessed as a way to get out of there.

I’m certainly no lawyer, but I think that’s pretty far fetched. How would he be eligible to serve time in America? His victim’s home country has no bearing on anything. And even if he were eligible, I don’t know why the US would want him.

There are treaties that say that a person convicted of a crime in Peru that is also convicted of a crime in the US can serve that sentence in US. I think the logic is to avoid the person having to serve the two sentences consecutively.

As for the viability of the scum being judged in Alabama, I really don't know. I'm not a lawyer either.

I remember the Holloway headlines when I was a senior in high school. It's sad after all these years this pos still lying about it.
