valdez muaythai or the yard muaythai in los angeles

Isn't The Yard the gym where Joe Schilling trains? I doubt it is a mcdojo at all.

Valdez Muay Thai is not a McDojo. Ive had friends that trained at both.

At Valdez its more class oriented ,untill you're ready to become a fighter than your training is structured for Fight training.

At The Yard,you go in and train on your own and get individual training according to your fight level /experience.

I havent heard a bad thing about either one.They both are Muay Thai gyms.One has set start times/ classes might be good if you have a hard time getting motivated to train.If your close enough to both,try them both out for a month each and give us your ratings.

Go to the Yard, I train there myself. Sparring with Schilling does wonders for your game.
