I have been toying with the idea of adding a daily serving of V8 for the vitamins and vegetables. I know it doesn't compare to some of the alkanizing green supplements, but what are the pros/cons of using V8 juice in my diet? Is V8 extremely acidic?

throw it in a morning shake. I use the v8 fusion sometimes in a morning shake and it tastes pretty nice. but there is no harm in drinking it really.

Lots of sodium, so maybe look for the Low Sodium ones. Unless you train A LOT, in which case extra sodium won't hurt ya much.

Better than no veggies I guess.
