This will be Usman's most dominant title defense. Would've preferred a Colby/Masvidal rematch, Wonderboy, or even Chimaev fight over this shit lol.

I appreciate the work Gilbert put in climbing the WW rankings, very active fighter and was constantly volunteering to step in on short notice when he saw opportunities.

That said, you are correct about him being overrated. I think even Kamaru knows that a Colby rematch is a much harder fight.

Of course, Costa had one of the worst performances by a title challenger in a long time. Usman vs Burns should be competitive.

Usman probably takes it but I am rooting for Burns. Unlike Masvidal, he has the gas tank for 5 rounds and should do better grappling wise.

If Burns can't pull it off, I don't see anyone except maybe Chimeav dethroning Usman this year.

Cage humping is the most boring thing in the sport and Usman tries to do it for 25 minutes every fight.

Covington fight doesn't change that, you'll see it again vs Burns.

If not Burns then who should fight Kamaru? Only person I can think of is Stephen Thompson and after that it's a bunch of rematches with
Colby and Jorge. Kamaru and Ali already wanted to fight Conor but Conor went radio silent and everyone else in the division seems to be tied up with matches.
