Nope - custom tittle is the one bellow your username.

You can't do shit with the area of the belt.

You already have a custom tittle - "Let's enjoy our time together!" so you bet that one + the sig + the AV.. the most important one is the AV fallowed by the custom tittle those are the most visible and people don't have options to remove them.

If you lose the Sherbro bet, you simply have to change your avatar, your signature, the title (Yours is "Lets enjoy our time together!) and your location.

The belt is just your title. If you leave it unedited, I believe it says whatever belt level on Sherdog you are.

You already have a custom tittle on there and I have "Brown Belt" hence the original name of the custom tittle is the basic Belt color you have.
