I forgot to mention in the OP—the Form 302 they withheld said they believed Flynn was truthful, and Peter Strzok revised it 7 months later in order to bring these charges. So if the judge orders you specifically to turn over all material exculpatory evidence (sua sponte, not in response to a motion to compel), wouldn’t that be the first thing to turn over in a case like this? Like I said, I heard this judge is angry. He might wanna send a message tomorrow.

Also, the 302 does mention that they felt Flynn was telling the truth, it was until Mueller got a hold of the interview transcript and the 302 that they figured out Flynn was lying.

No it does not. The Flynn 302 shows that at the time the FBI thought Flynn was telling the truth. It wasn't until Mueller got involved and determined Flynn was lying due to contradictory statements. Remember the FBI starting this is not the same as the OSC investigation.
