So Brock has suddenly decided he's coming back to fight, but i was under the impression there was some sort of period where an athlete has to be available for testing before they can compete in an ASADA sanctioned sport. I thought it was say 6 months, am I way off?

I have a feeling he knew he was fighting for awhile.

Brock most likely will get a special exceptions cause hes a cash cow.

Apparently the UFC can ask for an exemption for fighters.

The UFC, at its discretion, can exempt fighters from the mandatory out of competition testing if they feel as though enforcing those rules would be unfair to the fighter.

Ya didn't think that Zuffa wasn't going to use USADA as a way to stack the deck for their favourites, did ya?

They should just give Vitor an exemption from testing altogether.

Sauce? Would have to be correct you'd think, not sure how else it can happen. Though then what's the point of having USADA testing I'd imagine.

"Exceptional circumstances" or something like that... the UFC is gonna steamroll USADA.

Wrong, the UFC cannot ask for USADA testing exemptions but what they can do is not inform the USADA about Lesnar coming back and say they didn't know until recently. Fact is, it depends on when the UFC officially signs them. Once the UFC officially signs a fighter, they are added to the USADA fighter list. So the UFC can just wait and not officially sign Lesnar until a few days ago and then inform the NSAC and USADA. They do have to inform the AC and the AC needs 4 months for retired fighters to come back unless they retired from the UFC and are coming back to the UFC, then there's an exemption there.
