To be fair, US does have the best medical facilities in the world. Affordability is a major obstacle though, especially without insurance from your employer.

I just picked up a months supply (60 pills) of a 36 year old antibiotic called clarythromycin from CVS for a cool $266.12 out of my pocket . I'm sure that's all Research and development or whatever the fuck the pro raping of the American public via exorbitant cost crowd likes to claim.
