When you signing to fight, you take care of your stuff, weight cuts and so on. If fighters got problems with weight cuts then maybe its time to call it or go weight class up. Why they are risking their lives for? Just to get that size advantage? Fair, but know the consequences.

Hmmm. Just read that a while back and he's contradicting what Hall said of the training camp in that he was struggling during it, while he says it was one of his best.

The coach is obviously talking about this to back his fighter, but I'd imagine Dana didn't know what was happening and this is another classic example of him probably better off waiting to get the full story before talking.

He "almost died" because he and you, his coach, didn't ensure that he was at a weight that he could make safely for the weigh-ins, dumbass.
 
Some of these fighters think they can leave it until the last week to cut shed loads of weight, then wonder why they get ill.

I agree with you He did not almost die for the org, he got ill because he tried to cut too much weight & that was his choice. Pick a heavier weight-class & there are no issues
 
I see both sides of the story. Yes, it's Hall's own fault for not managing his weight, etc. but still Dana is an asshole for shitting on someone who apparently almost died. Imaging if you almost died and your boss starts shitting on you for it. It's pretty pathetic.
