That list is so odd that I'm not even sure what you're comparing". Is it only number of title wins in the current division? That's the only reason I can see behind it as otherwise there are weird artifacts, for example Pereira having a one fight win streak but is above the undefeated Topuria that also has a more complete MMA game. It's not a list where I think the word "best" really fits.
