Good, but it won't go anywhere most likely. It can be proven Biden was mentally compromised so can he prove he knew what he was supposedly auto signing? Can he prove he actually signed them? Should digital signatures be allowed here? There's obviously tons of room for corruption, which is a synonym for Biden... His 25th hour "pardons" are some of the most shameful things to come from Biden in an incredible list...

There's no way he signed 8,000+ pardons in a day or two. He'd be lucky to sign 80 in a day

I don't think he should pursure this. It would be tied up in court for years anyways and sets a terrible precedent. Nobody will take any leftist/media complaint about any of Trump's pardons seriously as a result. It's better that way. Time to move on, as frustrating as it may be. The whole country saw the real story and overwhelmingly voted Trump into office as a response.

I think one of the supports for Biden not knowing what they were doing, is that he was on vacay in the Virgin Islands when the pardons were signed.

Clearly they would be able to produce evidence of the communication of him approving them, right?

Government improves over time. There's no real reason for pardons to be controlled by the president, if there is a need for that power, do it like some states do it and use a board.

Kind of ridiculous. Everything is signed electronically now. I had to physically stamp and sign one thing in the last year and it was so bizarre I had to contact them and clarification it wasn't a scam. They were just so old fashioned and out of date.

electronic signing is not like an autosigner.
and there's literally zero presidential acts of any kind signed electronically anywhere in the world.
signing by hand is important because presidential acts like that are part of the historical record, and are archived as such.
it's not a receipt.

I saw quotes in print giving reasoning as to why he pardoned his family and fauci et al. But i didn’t hear him say it. I’m f he said these, the autopen doesn’t matter to me really.

Back that up with a source? I look at this as a moot point. It happened but it’s over. Now obviously Joe was not aware of his signing and this was not done under his own power and that’s a problem but we had an election over it
