Depends. Which time of the year it is, etc. But mainly fish oil, ashwagahnda, Resvertrol, greens+ and a variety of proteins.

you guys recommend anything else other than animal omega?

i get this wholesale price so its really cheap..

I wouldn't supplements omega-6s. The ratio is one of the benefits of omega-3 supplementation, supplementing omega-6s reduces that effect.
