If you're 5'7, I doubt you're calling anyone else a manlet. You'd probably avoid the word altogether and spend most of the time talking about your "gains" and puffing your chest out, like those meatballs with hair gel that are always walking around every gym.I know this is one of sherdog's favorite words, and I guess it has a different meaning for everyone. For example if you're 6'2" you will consider anyone under 5'10" a manlet, but if you're like 5'7" then you will want to believe that a manlet is someone well below that mark, etc...

To me "manlet" is not about physical size, to me it's more about someone's complex and insecurity. For example Cloner is a perfect example of a manlet because he's kind of short but he obsesses about being taller than people... he's lean, but he walks around like he just won Mr Olympia, and so on.
Guys like Mendes, Garbrandt, Faber, etc.. probably all have the Napoleon complex, but they dont project their insecurity as obviously, so they're not manlets, just regular short guys who work out.
Just my 2 c.
Go to your local gym weight room. The guys walking around like caveman with their arms flared out are the true manlets. 5'6-5'7 small man syndrome still do everything they can to get as big as possible but it just looks so awkward.
that is joe rogan to a tee. he may be the ultimate manlet. getting as big as he did given his height, makes him look even shorter and even more insecure about it.

Shit American term that nobody gives a shit about
confirmed manlet right here.
I want one!Would agree for the most part.
Manlet's are dudes with short-man syndrome, who act like ass-hats.
