This was the exact moment when The Offspring stopped being good. Honestly I think a lot of the political shit they got into was just to distract from the fact the music just wasn't good anymore and to grift.

Yeah they never topped Smash and just got worse as time went on.


But Smash is a GOAT record. One of the greatest albums ever made.
