Feels like every Swede got a problem with their striking defence. Pretty much every Swede that have been in the UFC lately seems to have a pretty complete skillset except the striking defence :S

We're a very nice people with a very brute mentality. One of our best female grapplers told me that armbar defense is just strong biceps (that said I'm twice her size and even when she gives me her arm I can't do shit with it).
