Case has been undefeated for the past 6 years..... he was still winning and getting the job done.

Jake was just better on the night but a beast also, came in with a game plan and fight iq with body shots.
 
I didn't go large on Case, but I didn't see that fight going that way at all. I have no clue why, but I thought Case was 3 inches taller at least. I thought Matthews wouldn't be able to close distance at all and would be uncomfortable as hell standing.
 
Man. That fight smarts. Oh well. Gotta go Magny. Never been knocked out and good gas tank.

Yeah great job by Jake. Those body kicks did all the difference. I think Case looked good before that, good scrambles and solid positional grappling.

Who would have guessed a smart fight iq jake would turn up not his usual punch in face, clinch for td strategy !
 
2 total Hail Mary's still alive LOL with that Matthews sub. And he did it late so my over still hit.
