UFC's greatest rematch fighter

Crocop vs Wand nearly killed him in the rematch, dismantled Barnett again, subbed Randleman, slashed Gonzaga open
True, CC had some great rematch performances, and the Randleman revenge was similar to GSP/Serra.

I can’t think of anyone else in MMA/UFC that is close, unless I am forgetting someone. Who else has big improvements in their rematches?

Cro Cop is 8-0 against opponents he’s previously faced in MMA. The only blemish is the loss to Mark Hunt, but their first fight was in K-1.

Someone who lost or had a close fight to come back and win the rematch?

Shogun
Michael Bisping

Wolverine vs Darius the Destroyer.
Darius had his number for a few memorable contests, but Wolverine got his revenge by cracking his chin, Darius hasn’t been the same since.

There is one fighter that is often overlooked - Jan Blachowicz.
I followed him since his KSW days. While thread is about UFC career worth noting is that he had one rematch in Poland and it was against rather famous fighter. I talk about Sokoudjou. Rameau used low kicks and from how I remember it (I am writing from memory) Jans legs were so beat up that he couldn't stand up for next round so he lost via TKO.
After that rematch happened and Jan gained so much experience that he beat Sokoudjou and learned how to check low kicks and how to use them (remember Jan was very good amateur kickboxer and muay thai specialist but his fighting style was mainly grappling during that time). Looking fast forward into future he had best low kicks in modern LHW (remember Ankalaev fight?) until Poatan arrived.

That's one.
In UFC he had few rematches :
1) Jimi Manuwa - first fight was good but Jan lost by UD. Rematch was great fight of the night which gave both guys bonus and Jan won exciting fight.
2) Corey Anderson - In first fight Corey wrestlefucked Jan who weirdly forgot how to wrestle. But this was pre-prime Jan. Rematch was other story - prime Blacho KOed stiff Anderson and received title shot and rest was the story.

Huh weird I thought there was more of it. Welp, at least he is overall 3:0 in rematches and have nice learning curve from his losses that he capitalized and fixed them. Who knows maybe he will have another rematch if he will win against Ulberg?
