I don't think the stadium could fit 91k and 70-80k is more realistic. It was held in Shinjuku Tokyo stadium which had to be reconfigured for extra seating capacity (the centre and the field).

Yeah 71k sounds plausible, the problem I have with that figure is that I havent seen a source for it in 15 years, but obviously numbers provided by the promoters themselves cant exactly be called reliable data either, and are usually inflated.
