Lol such a weird take from DC the company man. From a business perspective this makes perfect sense but DC’s influence should not be understated here. Seems like UFC and WWE have mutual interest in milking this cow for each other.

DC's not wrong in the least.

Just because you can wrestle does not mean you can fight elite fighters.

WWE doesnt make monsters or stars anymore. It's just a bunch of chili ring lickers prancing around

Would be a WASTE of his time to enter the WWE other than having the massive paycheck when he enters UFC. assuming WWE doesnt waste him.

Lol more like Gable coming to MMA after WWE with a 0-0 record and getting fucked up like CM Punk

You can see from that photo why everybody was throwing so much money at Brock.

Gable Steveson just looks like another guy from the street stood next to him.

Aesthetics are worth tens of millions of dollars.

The funny thing is I think the first time I heard the word Cahoots was in reference to the undertaker and Kane in like 98 or something

He should go to UFC first so he can start fighting while he's still young and not 30 like Brock did. Brock waiting until he was 30 to do MMA hurt his potential.

I said this in another thread. wrestling far better suits older guys, although HW tends to last a little longer in MMA.

DC just assumes they'd make him into a star because he won in the Olympics. Their fanbase may not even know who he is, and knowing how that company treats talent, if he doesn't become a mega sensation overnight management will lose interest and cut him. Look what happened to Cain - came out to crickets and had a forgettable run.

DC seems to be under the strange impression that wrestling fans = wrasslin fans. Perhaps it's because he's a wrestler and a WWE shill. But I imagine very few WWE fans watch wrestling or know who Gable Steveson is. And they're more into aesthetic than actual ability. Brock hit it big in the WWE because he looks like a monster. Although Gable actually is a monster, he looks like just a regular strong chubby guy you'd see in the gym. Unless by "built into a monster" he means juicing to the max to look like a monster, I don't see him in the WWE.

Gable just needs some legit gear and a persona he enjoys and he’ll have no probs busting into WWE.

Lol @ becoming a "monster" in WWE, Cormier needs to realize the ruthless agression era is over and I don't think Gable have the looks and charisma of a young Brock for Vince to push him to the moon.

If he wants to take fighting seriously, then he needs get to started immediately. Training at least. Just do that.

WWE will always be there.

Ronda and Brock got a huge push when they went there (went back in Brock's case) because they came from the UFC.

he should go for some guaranteed money, make a name, even if hes not big, then go over to UFC while hes young

hes only 21 years old. if he went into MMA now, he would have to start getting amateur fights under his belt for no pay. Otherwise he will be thrown to the lions too early
