Whatever it is the foul rules need a serious review. The punishments are too inconsistent, will it be a warning? double warning? different illegal strike back to first warning.

Down over 2 rounds? Kick the balls like a sledgehammer, get a 5 minute break and then swarm your now impotent opponent to victory.

It's only effective if you are 1-1, if you are down two the impotent guy staying down for the Technical Decision win.
