***I just formed a newer, tougher UFC team on post 12!!! Who you got?!*********

I'll name a decent fighter from each UFC weight class and you assemble a team of non UFC fighters whom you think would at the very least be competitive. You don't necessarily have to believe that your team would win every fight, but if this were an actual card, assemble a team that you believe has the best chance of getting more wins than losses. Then tell us, if that fight night occurred, your confidence level in each win and what you think the win loss ratio for each team would be that night:

UFC Team:
HW: Matt Mitrione
LHW: Ryan Bader
MW: Michael Bisping
WW: Demian Maia
LW: Yves Edwards
FW: Dennis Siver
BW: Takeya Mizugaki
WBW: Jessica Andrade
FlW: Brad Pickett
WFlW: Claudia Gadelha

ill bite

HW: VITALY MINAKOV
LHW: Emmanuel Newton
MW: Brandon Halsey (wrestlerape)
WW: Askren, Shields 2
LW: Michael Chandler
FW: Daniel Strauss
BW: Dantas
WBW: Cyborg
FlW: Dont know anyone outside
WFlW: See above

100% win in matches i know

HW- Alexander Volkov
LHW- Emanuel Newton
MW- Mamed Khadilov
WW-Palhares
LW- Marcin Held
FW- Patricio Pitbulll
BW-Marlon Maroes
WBW- Nakamoto
FLW- Phil Harris
WFlW- Michelle Waterson.

I feel HW, LHW, LW, BW, FW, WBW, WFlW my guys would win.

I feel if anyone was to outgrapple Maia, it'd be Palhares.

Can't think of anyone in FLW outside of the UFC.

Filling in Texans blanks.

Womens STRAWweight(Claudinha is not a WFLYW and the division in the UFC is not WFLYW: Jessica Aguilar. (WSOF) 50-50 here I think, very competitive and close fight. Claudinha isn't "Decent" either, she's one of the best at 115.

Womens Bantamweight (because Cyborg isn't a BW yet):Tonya Evinger (Invicta FC) Dead certain she wins

Flyweight: Adriano Moraes (One FC), I'd wager Urushitani could probably beat Pickett as well. Dead certain Moraes wins, Urushitani not so sure since he's old and on the downslide but it'd be competitive.

Michelle Waterson isn't a Straw Weight either... Are you just naming names you've heard and hope they're right?

HW Volkov
LHW Newton
MW Mamed
WW palhares
LW Tiger
FW Frodo
BW Galvao
Fly Moraes
115 div JAG

WBW doestn have anyone outside the UFC that I'd match with a top 10 fighter.

If the Waterson thing is refering to me, I mentioned her because of her fight with Penne. Yes MMA math doesn't work, but Waterson beat one of the top 115 pounders, and would probably be competive with other 115ers.

It was either her or Mizuki Inoue.

Nvm, saw you were referring to Texan.

hw: kharitonov
lhw: king mo
mw: mamed
ww: tempted to say semtex but askren would easily beat maia
lw: gaethje
fw: pitbull
bw: dantas

Probably go with my picks

Volkov
Bader
Bisping
Toss up
Tiger
Frodo
Mizugaki
Moraes
115 toss up, two best 115ers

You should have picked better fighters. I would just pick the Bellator champ for every division and they would be the favorite to win every fight.

Names not yet mentioned-

HW: Jon Madsen
LHW: Jake Butler
MW: Abdul Razak Alhassan
WW: Roan Carneiro
LW: Lowen Tynanes
FW: Popo
BW: Eli Tamez
WBW: Ashlee Evans-Smith
FlW: Pedro Nobre
WFlW: Debora Ferreira

Non UFC Team:

HW: Vitaly Minakov
LHW: Liam Mcgeary
MW: Mamed Khalidov
WW: Ben Askren
LW: Will Brooks
FW: Patricky Pitbull
BW: Marlon Moraes
WBW: Cyborg
FLW: Alexandre Pantoja
WFLW: Jessica Aguilar

HW: Minakov is a heavy favorite, 80% chance he takes away the win.
LHW: Mcgeary is a tossup, Bader's wrestling could keep him down for the fight. I say 50% chance Mcgeary lands a sub or TKO.
MW: Khalidov should be a favorite, I'd say 70% chance he takes it.
WW: Askren easily. 100% Askren takes the fight.
LW: Brooks would be too much for Yves, 90% chance Brooks wins.
FW: Patricky Pitbull would have a 80% chance against Siver, although Siver's striking could be a deterrent to Pitbull winning.
BW: Moraes would win, 90% chance.
WBW: Cyborg 80% chance of winning.
FLW: Pantoja 50% chance of winning, Pickett is still tough and there's not much outside the UFC for FLW.
WFLW: Aguilar 60% chance at winning, Claudia is tough.

I'd go with out of 10 fighters, I'd say 8 out of 10 would go to the worldwide team.

Alright, lets make this more interesting. This time I'm not going to name just "decent" UFC fighters. I'm going to name the current #3's:

HW: Fabricio Werdum
LHW: Rashad Evans
MW: Vitor Belfort
WW: Rory MacDonald
LW: Khabib Nurmagomedov
FW: Ricardo Lamas
BW: Dominick Cruz
FlW: John Dodson
WBW: Sara McMann

We will leave women's Strawweight out of it this time, the division is figuratively and literally to small.

So you have a new super org that has every non - UFC fighter there is! Zuffa feels threatened. For the first time in a long time, there is an org that rivals their own. People still feel on average that UFC has the best talent, but people are starting to question it. Zuffa steps out of it's usual policy and agrees to do a cross promotion to just prove they have the best guys. In fact, they don't need their #1's to prove it, there #3's should be quite sufficient. So your Job isn't necessarily to form a team to beat all the number 3's, but you want a team that is going to demonstrate that non - ufc fighters are competitive, and well, of course preferably, win more fights than they lose. So who do you put against these monsters!?

update

HW: VITALY MINAKOV 35%
LHW: Emmanuel Newton 30%
MW: Brandon Halsey (wrestlerape) 50% no trt
WW: Askren 80% really underrated
LW: Michael Chandler 50% which is the same odds i'll give to anyone in the UFC
FW: Daniel Strauss 80% Llamas is trash to me lost his last fight imo
BW: Marlon Moraes - Dantas toss up 40%

Werdum > Minakov
Rashad > Newton
Vitor > Halsey/Mamed
Rory > Lima I'd favor Askren over Rory
Khabib > CHandler/Brooks
Lamas < Pitbull
Cruz > Dantas
Dodson > Moraes
McMann > anyone at 135 outside UFC, except Cyborg who has yet to make the weight.

SO if you put the absolute best you can find against these UFC fighters UFC goes 7-2 with Pitbull and Askren winning.

Almost the same for me, but I think you are choosing Patricio no Patricky in FW

HW: I'd give Minakov a 20% chance at Werdum, he may land an explosive punch.
LHW: 20% chance he will catch Evans with something sneaky.
MW: 20% chance for Halsey to wrestle his way to victory.
WW: 80% chance Askren wins, the dude is legit.
LW: 20% chance Brooks will get past Khabib's grinding style.
FW: I'd give Pitbull a 70% chance at winning against Lamas in particular. Lamas slips up a lot.
BW: No one has a chance against Cruz outside the UFC right now. 0% all around.
FlW: See above, no one at FLW outside the UFC can handle Dodson.
WBW: I'd give Cyborg an 80% chance of TKO'ing McMann.

Total wins/losses, I'd go with 3/10 wins for the world team. Askren, Pitbull, and Cyborg.
