Gane vs Jones definitely deserves a rematch.

Here is what we have a chance to see.

Fiorot for the title in main event
Gane vs Aspinall, biggest european fight to make atm
Return of Taylor Lapilus
Debut of Cedric Doumbe and Lazy King
Debut of Baysangur "baki" Chamsourdinov, not very likely, but Baki vs Doumbe would be absolutely wild in the crowd, people's main event
Benoit St Denis vs Paddy (very low chance of Paddy taking that fight though)

They'll probably have some LHW "step up" on short notice to fight Gane, like Walker (a man can dream).

Doumbe is another good one, they will probably sign him. I don't personally have much interest in Doumbe though, he cannot replicate what Pereira did as manufactured as it was. WW isn't a thin division nor is it devoid of strong grapplers...its filled with them. If he takes to MMA well, best case scenario is probably him being a "fun" fighter, but still a great signing. Imagine Doumbe vs Khaos Williams.

Yeah, Lazy King and Doumbe are probably the most obvious ones. Baki I expected to see on the contender series but they might just sign him to the the Paris card if they're going that way around the same time. Oumar Sy is one of many KSW fighters I'd like to see the UFC sign along with Salahdine Parnasse but they'll have to pay real sums for those guys, I don't think KSW let's go of their talent easily. French MMA is getting a lot better.

You going to this event?
Who knows. We won’t know until he faces tougher opposition. Did you see Doumbé’s last fight? I thought he looked good and showed a well-rounded and improved game. His opponent obviously wasn’t a world beater, but still.
Again, once he fights in the UFC we’ll find out about his level/ceiling sooner rather than later.
Like you pointed out, welterweight is quite the wrestleheavy division. Doumbé will always be in a fun fight though, that’s for sure.
Here’s his fight from a week ago:

And yeah it might be difficult to sign Oumar Sy, but he fought outside of KSW before (inbetween KSW fights), and he wouldn’t be the first KSW fighter who signs with the UFC so I’m hopeful.
French MMA is definitely getting better.

To answer your final question:
Hopefully :D
I definitely want to go to another UFC Paris card because the last one absolutely delivered! Just need to find someone to go with me as I’m always down. Probably with my dad or some friends of mine

I forgot about Lapilus, he was scheduled to fight Taha last September!
He’s still under contract?

Awesome, crowd was incredible last time. Please no Gane in the headliner though, guy needs to take a back seat for a while.

I doubt they'd debut Doumbe against Baki, they'll want to build Doumbe and Baki would absolutely dogwalk him.

Bro what are you talking about lol. His only losses have been to Ngannou and Jones. He's still the best French fighter on the roster.

They made alot of money there right? So yes.

Safe bet gane vs ___ main
Maybe Fiorot vs Santos/Blanchfield/Murphy/ribas

Once in the UFC, you can afford to lose one fight, if the opponent is good and you have good performance. See for exemple Pavlovich or St Denis.

Frankly I am not convinced at all Baki would wreck Doumbe. Doumbe has developed a very good anti-wrestler style, he has legit "fuck you" power in both hands, and a huge reach advantage over Baki. Baki is a genius in greco/judo, a competent and tough boxer and a relentless grappler but he has never faced anyone close to Doumbe on the feet.
Very intriguing matchup.

Baki is too good a grappler. Doumbe has fought mostly kickboxers in MMA that try to take him down because they're not as good in the standup as him. Baki's footsweeps are ridiculous, he'd wreck Doumbe with them.

I'm also looking forward to watching BSD fight. IMO, if he gets some good wins in the future, he might actually become quite popular. Fan friendly style, with heart and finishing abilities, and a quite cool backstory too.
Currently Gane is certainly the only active French MMA fighter who is known (even just by name) by some locals who don’t follow MMA, mainly due to his interim title and two title shots, but amongst French MMA followers (there's more and more), BSD is for sure a fan favorite.
Funnily, I feel his infamous UFC debut fight put a lot of eyes on him.

Ramzan Jembiev's MMA record is not UFC worthy yet, but he would be also an interesting prospect that I would expect to see in the UFC in the future. He also has a huge following on social media for a guy at the beginning of his career.

Too bad they lost Francis. Him vs Jones in Paris would've been spécial
