Many complain about Rogans commentary being biased, and get tired of his commentary influencing the viewers opinions of fight results.

Should the ufc offer an option of no commentary, but still be able to listen to the sounds of the fight and hear their cornermen?

I don’t see why not, it wouldn’t cost them anything.

I voted yes, but I get why they don’t do it. Sorta like pro wrestling, UFC’s commentators help build stories, hype fights, and so on. They’re gonna make sure we all hear that shit.

No commentary with the option to raise the sound in the cage, i want to hear theme bleed and hear the shins clash together.

Somebody *cough* *cough* once posted a similar thread and got flamed by shertards: "Just turn the TV sound off, bro". Obviously not a smart response.

I voted YES.
Of course I want to watch the fights without having to listen to Rogan & Co.

I would love this. I can't stand the commentary (especially Rogan and Cormier) but still want to hear the crowd and all the fight sounds

But...but who will plug corn nuts and monster energy drinks?

Absolutely.

Rogan and Goldie were the best.

Only Dom is decent.

Joe is full on shill now.

Bisping is an arrogant shill.

The rest are flat and boring.

I cancelled Fight Pass a while ago, but I thought you could already kind of do this...if you chose "red corner" or "blue corner" for audio, you would just hear the mic'd up cornerman talking during the fights.

There is a lot of local broadcasting that I've watch and several of the commentators are good.
It works but not sure that UFC wants you choose ! They like to control the information as much as possible.
Patrick Cote, for example, is competent and non biased.

Yes. I’d love to watch fights with no commentary. That’d be great if they made that an option. Unless it’s the legendary Bas Rutten and Stephen Quadros combination, I’m usually not interested... Unless they bring Jim Brown back of course. Jim Brown #1 always!

That would be gr8. Sometimes or most kf the time I find myself wanting to tell those announcers to stfu

Listen less and watch more. I couldn't tell you who's commentating half the time bc they're tuned out.

I can understand why people would want it , but as a previous poster said they will never go for it .
