Chandler is a joke. 5 pounds? Did she even try? Very hard to pick Yana knowing that. And the fact Yana is on a 3 fight skid. She’s in a bad spot. It would suck to lose to Chandler, and get cut when she missed by such an egregious amount of weight.

Boo Chandler.

Ooph...

That only really adds to the idea this isn't a "UFC level card" or whatever...

This is pretty unprofessional from these athletes.

Tough break for Danny Barlow though. Over by 0.25 pounds? I feel like many regions would round down at that point.
Quebec does that, or used to do that. GSP was 170.something. They rounded down to 170 when GSP fought Diaz in Montreal.

I believe GSP weighing over 170 was just speculation. People were suspicious, rightfully, after the Quebec commision informed Diaz that they don't take decimals into account. But apparently that had been a practice for several years over there. Who knows.

Even so, I understand 0.9 being considered over, and I even understand being half a pound over. But how far are we going to take that? 0.25? 0.10? 0.00001? Eventually it's like, alright dude, this scale probably isn't even that spot on accurate anyway.

5 frigging pounds for Chandler?????

She should be thankful if that fight even goes ahead for a 5lb miss.

Chelsea Chandler can sit on my lap and watch the fights with me after her fight gets cancelled. I'm not worried about 141 lbs of blubber. I'll just pretend she's Cat Zingano.

Nah. GSP admitted he came in over the limit. And its seems that was a one time only commission rule change that didn't count the extra weight. Kind of like when Australia shortened the hydration time for fighters when Islam fought Volk.

Georges St. Pierre, technically by his own admission, did not make weight for his UFC 158 title fight against Nick Diaz at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, which took place on March 16, 2013. However, "Rush" was well within the seemingly last-minute, undocumented rules of the Quebec Athletic Commission.

It's not that bad, she totally made Caranoweight (Gina weighed in at 141 several times).
