I'm trying to find a fight but I can't.

It was from one of the very first UFC events, though not UFC 1.

As I recall, white guy with blonde mullet talking about how he's a ninjitzu practitioner in the intro.

First attack he tries a freaking front flip kick and misses! Lands on his ass.

30 seconds later all pretext of technique is gone and the two guys are holding each other by the hair/clothing and exchanging synchronized over hand rights!

Ninja man gets this wide eyed look on his face after he's hit the first time, it's great!

Anyone know what I'm taking about?

It's the epitome of MMA to me.

Local fights are always fun to go to. Go live. You will be surprised by the difference in skill between fights. One fight will look like Kimbo vs Dada, the next will look like 2 guys who are really well rounded and impressive at their level.
