What's really sad is if this whole thing is true. There is a victim in this situation. Once the facts are out, I will make a judgement.

If somebody truly tried to rape my GF, they'd be in prison, not just ostracized on Twitter.

Something about the situation just stinks. I'm not saying BJ is innocent by any means but clearly there is a due process for these kinds of things that isn't being followed very well

Im not sure if he did it but BJ is a folk hero in Hawaii. It probably took them time to make sense of it all. People use twitter to express themselves these days, and its a way to get it out to all his circle.

Aren't these allegations being brought up by a disgruntled ex employee of Penns? From what I've read, no "official" complaints were made against BJ, just social media allegations.

There's also people who don't listen and believe everything they hear from a woman. I'd be far more inclined to believe this story had merit if the girl filed a police report the day of the attack. Not have the recently fired boyfriend air out all the dirty laundry the minute he gets fired.

The guy's GF filled charges against him, police is investigating.
