UFC is less exciting now that Conor lost.

No TS, you are just less excited since Conor lost. Which means that you are a shallow one dimensional fan. NOT of MMA, just of some figment of the hype machine's imagination. You are no more a fan of MMA than a Broncos fan would be of football if he thought it was a less exciting sport just because the Broncos started losing next year. Stopping glomming onto anime super saiyan characters who don't exist in real life. Or instead, run along, you never were a fan of MMA anyway.

He fought a LW.
Arlovski lost to a WW. What a loser!

See the flaw in your logic?

When Conor was winning, it made it seem like anything was possible. That you should go big in your life always. What he was doing was inspirational. Everyone hated him, but his belief in himself made it seem like that's all you need.

Now that he lost, it's like saying don't take risk. Don't go big, otherwise you will fail.

True but I wouldn't say the moral is don't take risks.

Bums love to see ambitious people fail but at the end of the day had Conor never taken a risk he'd still be a plumber living a bum life in Dublin.

Diaz's own camp said "it was a big mistake accepting the fight at 170" ... idiot.

Weight matters, even 10 pounds of weight at the lower end is HUGE. Nate probably cut weight to make WW and was far heavier than "eating steaks everyday to make WW" McGregor.
You believe everything Conor says huh? How about weight doesn't matter.

Diaz has fought at WW before, has missed weight at LW and is bigger than McGregor.

This is not debatable.
It is debatable since he was injured going into the RDA fight, was undersized at WW and never looks like skelator when cutting to LW like Conor does to FW. Same size dude, ones taller and one packs more muscle.

If they are the same size then why doesn't Diaz drop down and win the FW title?

Yes it was, so I guess Conor just as much a WW as Nate.
yeah, a weight class he has never fought in.

In theory Mighty Mouse could pack on weight and fight at HW, doesn't mean he'd beat Werdum. The fight being at WW suited Diaz more than it did McGregor.
