UFC on Fox 27 didn’t have a lot of buzz heading into Saturday’s event, and the ratings seem to reflect that lack of interest.

According to TV By the Numbers, UFC on Fox 27 attracted 1.59 million viewers to the Fox Network for the main card. That represents an all-time low figure for the UFC on Fox series. The event drew a 0.5 rating in the 18-to-49 demographic. The final ratings will likely be slightly higher, but it isn’t expected to be a significant increase.

[...]

The previous low came at UFC on Fox 25 on July 22, which drew 1.64 million viewers and a 0.6 rating in the 18-to-49 demographic for a card headlined by Chris Weidman and Kelvin Gastelum.

UFC on Fox 27 went head-to-head with a marquee NBA matchup between the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics, which drew 3.697 million viewers to ABC.

I could have sworn this thread was around since 2005.....hhmmmm

Meh. it was earlier than normal and the card sucked (apart from the main event).
UFC needs to understand that the market is full of MMA events now. And the "usual" people watching are more fairweather fans (they killed most of their hardcore fanbase with their shitty moves)
So those fairweather fans are not going to watch shitty cards anymore.

Until they start making good cards, this will happens.

mystic UL correct once again

Yes! MMA is finally dying, thank you WME for running it into the ground

I thought it died 13 years ago.

The card was terrible, have nothing to do with the UFC dying, i'm a die hard & i didn't even watch 1 single fight that night.

You missed an event bro? Consider your hardcore card permanently revoked. You'll find your shiny new casual card in the mail within a few days.

Problem is the UFC had a bunch of hardcore, loyal fans.

But then the UFC became a circus and many of those just lost interest, because they love sports, not circuses.

And then the UFC lost the number one attraction in their circus.

So now they're doing bad.

Bad business by bad businessmen.

One shit-hole card
One night
In the fullness of time
Look for collective bargaining to whack IMG harder
Still, the brand will endure

I could have something to do with the fact that the card hade one fight on the main card which average fans gave a crap about
