I just googled "Kobe Bryant real height" and apparently he used to claim to be 6'4 and a half barefoot. So if Ngannou is 6'5 like I think, it makes sense that Ngannou looks a little taller the pics.

But then Joe Joyce would have to be like 6'8". And Ngannou doesn't look that much taller than other guys like Stipe and Overeem either. He doesn't actually appear to be taller than Kobe either, they look about the same height or maybe Kobe is slightly taller.

That pic you posted, Kobe's legs are spread apart and he's further from the camera. In other pics Francis standing more spread apart and Kobe actually looks taller. Francis is also wearing shoes that have more lifts. I think they are both under 6'5 with no shoes. Kobe is maybe 1/4 or 1/2 in taller

The only 6’4 guy that looks shorter to me than listed is JDS. He used to be listed as 6’3 and that’s more accurate IMO.

Ngannou somehow looks a bit taller than Miocic, Overeem and all the rest of 6’4 fighters. He is probably 6’4.5 maybe even 6’5.

His real height is 5'11 and the reach is about 77-78 inches. He loves using lifts though which leads to confusion.

Come on guys, everyone knows Carwin walks around af 7'1 and then cuts height to make the HW limit of 6'4 at the face-offs. He then re-grows to about 6'10 for the fight. It's this aggressive height-cutting that sent him into early retirement.
