UFC FN 180 PBP/Discussion

When I saw that all 3 had it the same way. I thought for sure Mullarkey had that.

You guys screaming robbery, get a grip. 45 seconds of top control while actually landing some decent strikes should actually count for about the same as laying on top of a guy for 3 minutes and landing nothing. The 45 seconds with strikes should maybe count for more, honestly.
 
Should be mandatory for judges to have at least SOME experience in a grappling art and in a striking art.
Those assholes don't knwo much more about mma than my grandma does.
And lol at that ref who wants groundfighting to be a complete scramble all the time, let him time to work on top you moron.

Ziam strikes really were not that big. The most impressive thing was the big sprawl and Jamie kinda gassed himself out on that one.

It's not how it works in the UFC, it has been so for decades, if judges were judge damage, Usman would have never been champ.
So yes, in the UFC's judging, being on top for 4 minutes>landing few strikes in what was actually a scramble for 30 seconds...

disagree my man, if you are getting mat returned for almost 5 minutes its obviously racking up points. Its setting up a dodgy situation where fights can constantly be changed with 10 seconds to go based on a couple strikes. Slippery slope
