Here is a list of some current/former UFC fighters with the big Calves. The size of someones Calves is primarily genetic and is a great indicator of someone being a mesomorph (having the ability to gain muscles easily) and being composed primarily of fast twitch muscle fibers . One thing to notice is that they are all very good at fighting in bursts. Feel free to add more examples.

Only problem with that is some of the most muscular people have tiny calves. Primarily my black powerlifter/bodybuilder friends are huge but have super small high calves. Look at Ronnie Coleman best ever bodybuilder but average calves. Same with current big man Big Ramy.
