The mongolian had solid takedowns think he should have been more agressvie trying to get there throughout the fight

Very impressed by Chris G.

technically that was a really great controlled performance. Never gave Alanteng any chance.

Can't really blame Chris there. Alaten just had a punchers chance at that point. He has shown he's got power. Why take the risk when these fights mean so much and one punch can change everything? His opponent had nothing for him. Just work your game and get your win bonus. The onus was on Alaten to adjust and be better. He couldn't. Hence the blowout.

Do ya'll want it on?

I daresay let's rebook the Montel Jackson fight. That looked exactly as I expected it would and it hasn't told me anything new about CG at all!

135: Chris El Guapo Gutiérrez (19-5-2) wins the UD, 30-27 on all three card Alateng Heili (16-8-2). Complete domination.

Who do you guys think makes sense for Gutierrez to fight next? I think a fight vs Umar Nurmagomedov makes sense, both ranked in the top #10-15 range. I think Umar would be ready to go in February or March after he's fully recovered from his injury, he'd be coming off over a year of inactivity so returning to fight someone like Gutierrez could work.

Can’t finish a guy on 1 leg. Instead he just stopped leg kicking. Gutierrez a bellend

Gutierrez got it done but I don't think the performance is going to win him any fans. Horrible interview . Next

Gutierrez will have to win 10 fights in a row before he ever sniffs a title shot with that attitude

He did try and adjust with the takedowns. Chris getting away with 4 cage grabs there to remain standing.
2 lead to him staying up directly including the one that got his hips turned so he could work off the cage.
